Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Examination Invigilator. As an Examination Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and smooth running of exams. This position is a vital part of our organization and ensures fairness and transparency in the examination process.
Responsibilities
Ensure a strict adherence to exam procedures and regulations
Set up examination venues and supervise the arrival of candidates
Verify the identity of candidates and distribute and collect examination materials
Ensure the security of examination papers and answer booklets
Monitor candidates during exams to prevent any form of malpractice or cheating
Handle and resolve any exam-related issues or disputes promptly and fairly
Compile accurate reports regarding exam attendance, incidents, and overall performance
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in exam invigilation or a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in basic computer skills, such as using email and word processing software
Hours Per Week: 12.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 11:00
