Summary
Main Job Purpose:
To assist in the provision of high quality, timely financial information, which best meets our clients’
needs and provide support to the payroll team, including senior management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the preparation of clients’ payroll reports and associated information.
Liaise with client’s to ensure all their financial information is in order.
Support senior management where required to review and monitor work.
Update and manage the practice management system on a daily basis to ensure work
flow is methodical and organised.
Work as part of the team to provide general accounts support to the office to ensure the
office runs in an orderly and business-like way.
General Responsibilities:
Observe health and safety procedures in the workplace, with particular reference to
maintaining a Covid safe environment, to ensure personal safety and to safeguard the
interests and safety of colleagues, customers and visitors.
Provide cover for colleagues as required.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as appropriate - all staff are expected to work
flexibly within their skill level to respond to changing priorities and make sure that client
expectations and business objectives are met.
In addition to the duties outlined, employees may be required to carry out duties which do
not affect the nature of this post.

Working week: 37.5 Hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Apprenticeship standard: Accounts Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
