We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Administrator with a passion for organisation and a knack for precision. If you're
eager to elevate your career in HR administration and operations, this role is tailor-made for you. As our HR Administrator,
you'll be at the forefront of supporting our PACT family, providing indispensable assistance on queries related to our HRIS (staff
database) and basic payroll matters. Your responsibilities will span from facilitating the seamless onboarding of new team members
to meticulously updating data on starters, leavers, pay adjustments, and absences. Crafting and issuing monthly pay change letters
will also be within your remit, ensuring our team remains informed and empowered.




Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in various facets of our HR operations, from diligently capturing minutes during meetings
to managing our HR mailboxes with finesse. Join us in shaping a dynamic, supportive workplace where your contributions make a
tangible impact every day.




About the team:

A friendly fast paced environment with a team of 9 HR practitioners (including 2 volunteers) whose practices are embedded in the
heart of the charities ethos.




About you:

Candidates should bring prior experience in administrative roles, adeptness in data entry, and a proven track record of meeting
deadlines. An impeccable attention to detail, coupled with stellar customer service skills, is essential. We're seeking
individuals who are proactive and solution-oriented when addressing challenges, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment. Strong communication skills are a must, alongside a steadfast commitment to upholding data security and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
