Medacs is recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join the Litmus workforce Solutions team in Glasgow, Scotland.

You will be managing the supply of candidates (Doctors) through the Managed Service with regular contact and relationship building with the Health Board client base and suppliers whilst directly managing a team of Workforce Solution Consultants and travelling to client sites in West Scotland and our offices in Glasgow.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Deliver all SLA requirements ensuring all parties are working within the spirit of the contract, all aspects of contract delivery managed and met
  • Monitor and review performance against all SLA requirements by proactively analysing data and creating improvement plans where required
  • Manage and develop client relationships at all levels across all contracted sites
  • Work closely with client stakeholders
  • Take ownership of all client requirements, resolve client queries and complaints, and act as a first point of contact for all client/supplier queries
  • Analyse client and market trends to identify opportunities for further savings and areas for development of the service
  • Manage the team to ensure shift requirements and cascades to all agreed suppliers
  • Maintain an in Depth understanding of the software platforms related to the role for Client, Supplier and Candidate
  • Support the client, supplier and candidate with issues using any software or system providing further training if required
  • Provide feedback on agency performance in support of Agency Supplier reviews conducted by the Supply Chain Team
  • Own and create an ongoing continuous improvement plan
  • Liaise with the sales team to identify and support new opportunities
  • Line Manage, Develop and Support the team reporting into the role
  • Support Accounts and Billing with queries
  • Ensure candidates regularly submit timesheets and the team develop strong working relationships with all Supply Partners to maximise candidate flow
  • Visiting clients onsite so ideally you will need a clean UK driving license

ABOUT YOU - Ideally you will understand the healthcare and recruitment sector markets, have previous experience running multi-channel accounts, liaising with Senior Stakeholders, people management and be comfortable with complex data analysis and presentation with the ability to travel between client sites.
