As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Identifying and executing projects that lead to significant enhancements in operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Analysing data to develop streamlined processes and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Collaborating closely with the retail Leadership Team to ensure systems development and process improvements support a fresh and innovative retail strategy
  • Cultivating cross-functional relationships to address root causes of store-related challenges, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of retail operations
  • Providing guidance and support to the Super User community, defining their roles and responsibilities and acting as their primary support contact
  • Resolving store operational and system issues by working closely with stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop fit for purpose store processes and documentation to support efficient retail operations and compliance
  • Managing Jira to maintain a backlog of operational opportunities, identify root causes, prioritise projects, and manage the delivery of continuous improvement projects into business as usual routines
  • Participating in cross-functional project groups, representing retail interests and providing insights on store impacts

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Proven track record of successfully improving retail operations, systems, processes and leading transformative projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in project management and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise data to drive informed decision making
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement
