Key duties include:

o Act as the Lead Psychologist, driving systematic governance within our services.
o Provide high-standard assessment and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
o Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care programs.
o Offer clinical supervision, training, and expertise to ensure excellence throughout the psychology department
o Contribute to professional development and service enhancements, shaping the future of mental health care.


ABOUT YOU, THE SUCCESSFUL LEAD PSYCHOLOGIST

o Experience as a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist in a similar mental health setting
o Professional Registration as a Psychologist with the HCPC
o Experience of assessing Challenging Behaviour, formulating underlying functions and needs, and designing behavioural or treatment plans accordingly.
o Familiarity with the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
o Experience of indirect clinical work, such as consultation with multi-disciplinary teams to support their therapeutic interventions with service users.
