Summary
As a Mental Health Practitioner (Social Worker) you will be working across Milton Keynes CAMHS providing social work assessment and intervention requiring high level professional skill to children and young people accessing the service. The post holder will work closely with the Safeguarding Children Team within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust providing advice and guidance to the wider Milton Keynes CAMHS team whilst also offering advice, guidance and consultation to professionals within CAMHS regarding social care eligibility and care pathways. Actively support and monitor children, young people and their families for children in an inpatient provision, ensuring a comprehensive package of care post discharge in conjunction with the nominated lead professional within CAMHS.
