Summary
As Charge Nurse on Beech Ward, your responsibilities would include: Providing local clinical leadership to the team, and maintaining clinical standards Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of mental and physical health care for service-users Teaching other nursing and non-nursing personnel Assisting the Team Leader in maintaining effective team-working processes, and deputising for them in their absence You must have RNMH/RNLD/RMN/RGN and be registered with the NMC. Mentorship training and a minimum of two years experience at Band 5 are essential. Experience of working in other clinical settings would be an advantage.
