Summary

Oasis Academy New Oak is seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant, who will be able to support our pupils in our Nurture Provision and help make a positive contribution to the continuing development of our Academy. You will manage and spend the majority of your time in the Sunshine Room (Nurture Provision). The Sunshine room is a specific space in which you will be able to lead your interventions and support. You will working with pupils across the academy. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–1:10pm & Friday 8:30am-1:00pm (23hrs per week), Term Time only, plus inset days (39 weeks per year). Working pattern can be negotiated if needed.
Salary: OCL Scale 5 SCP 13-17 (£26,873 - £28,770 FTE) - (Actual Starting Salary £14,368), plus Local Government Pension Scheme.
