Summary
Permanent, 37 hours per week (term time only) to start as soon as possible.
VTG8, SP22-25 starting salary is £24,540 per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £20,990 per annum) + Health Care Cash Plan and Benefits Package.
Our academy is an all-through Specialist Provision for Autistic pupils.

The successful candidate will have:
• GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and maths (or equivalent qualifications).
• CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable)
• A proficiency in improving basic numeracy and literacy with specialist skills in literacy that will enable you to work with targeted individuals.
• Commitment to continuing personal and professional development.
