Job Summary:

At CarryBags Ltd, we are looking for an outstanding young team member who is interested in admin role and a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and clerical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and operations by performing various administrative duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain supplies inventory for the stores and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents and products.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate daily records.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Assist in managing company calendars and coordinating appointments.
- Collect Deliveries from partner stores and process them as per guidelines when needed.
- Contribute toward research and development of upcoming events of company.


Essential Skill:

- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in data entry and computerised systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (Essential), communication level literacy of Spanish/Chinese language would be desirable.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Thinking out of box.
- Proactive and always eager to learn new things.

Desirable skills :

- Prior experience of admin job.
- Experience with task management software.
- Public speaking.
- Public relations.

The Principal Statement :


• Position: You will be working as an Administrative Assistant and reporting to the Founders & Team Leader.

• Employer Name: CARRYBAGS LTD

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1 hour of (unpaid)
break per day as Hybrid working pattern.

• Salary: Your annual gross salary will be NMW (as per your age)
commencing from start date (MAY 2024). https://www.gov.uk/national- minimum-wage-rates Your salary will be paid on monthly basis on every 5th date of the following month.

• Holiday Entitlement: Paid leave is allowed for up to 29 days during 12 months which includes public holidays and any emergency leave you may require during 12 months.
