Summary

This Care Admin role is based in Coventry, the role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The role is a full-time temporary opportunity for 6 months , ideally 37.5 hours per week (open to flexible working and or reduced hours). You will receive a competitive salary of £26,635 per annum. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· To provide administrative support, including the gathering and processing of data, to

meet the team’s reporting requirements, including KPIs and preparation of reports

for amongst others the Exec Team and the MOJ. This includes data entry and

interpretation of Excel spreadsheets.

· To support the building of professional connections on LinkedIn/social media with

relevant stakeholders

· To provide administrative support with quality improvement initiatives such as

supporting the Quality Team preparations for CQC inspections and delivering

Enabling Environments across services.

· Support the team with ensuring signed client placement contracts are received, and

support completion of contracts and contract compliance forms, ensuring contract information is stored appropriately centrally and at project level.

· To provide administrative support to the Client Risk Manager including support with

service audits.
