This opening assignment is for 3 months

A Customer Care Administrator is required to be part of a high performing, results driven team and to deliver outcomes to the highest level of performance and standard of service. To support the Complaints & Customer Care Team on administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:


Provide the day-to-day administrative functions and support for the Complaints & Customer Care Team, such as processing compensation payments, system administration, tasks, emails and the issue of letters.
Responsible for general office administration and supporting the team with routine tasks, including compensation payments, regulatory extension letters, acknowledgement letters and the centralised mailboxes.
Undertaking concise meeting minutes where required.
Arranging team meetings, organising meeting facilities and preparing agendas.
Ordering of goods and services by purchase order, as directed.
Take ownership and accountability of own learning and for quality framework measures in respect of own role..
Ensure KPI’s, quality and performance are delivered to the highest standards in written and verbal communication and record keeping.
Manage contacts through multiple channels including social media, Trust Piot, Telephone, emails, and letter.
Manage and organise your own case load
Develop and sustain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements

Experience:


Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Previous experience of office administration.





Skills & Abilities:


Good numeracy, literacy skills including note taking.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to interpret basic data reports.
Good customer communication skills.
Minute taking skills and experience.
Ability to prioritise own workload and adapt to changing demands.
Have a driven mindset to self-assess, schedule, and prioritise daily tasks based on levels of importance.
Exceptional diligence and accuracy.
