We have an opportunity for an Administrator - Concierge to join our team based in Coventry on a full time, permanent contract working a minimum of 40 hours per week. We are offering the successful candidate a competitive salary of £24,352 per annum plus pension and excellent benefits.

About Murray Lodge
Murray Lodge is a hostel that provides housing and tenancy services for male ex offenders based in Coventry. Murray Lodge provides a sign posting service for men to access specialist support in the community e.g. for substance misuse and mental health. The service offers accommodation to a diverse client base with low needs, who are supported by a strong multi-disciplinary housing team.scription. As our Administrator - Concierge you will be the first point of contact for visitors or clients to the Service in order to maintain a safe environment.
You will implement the efficient running of the Office and assist Managers and other staff using appropriate office equipment and computerised systems and others as directed by undertaking a range of administrative tasks in keeping with the policies and procedures of the Trust.
Responsibilities of our Administrator - Concierge include:
- Answering the telephone in a timely and respectful manner
- Welcome and ensure that visitors are admitted into the building using the electronic system and correct procedures
- Alert management of any breaches or perceived risk of breaches with access to the Service
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the service and to complete returns as directed
- Input accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and to produce reports as required
- Prepare invoices, record payments and expenditure, bank income and manage the project petty cash budget within Trust Policy
- Assist with arranging staff supervision meetings where appropriate
