About the role of a Recruitment Business Partner:

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will take overall responsibility for developing and delivering a streamlined MSP service for a well-established client within the Construction industry. Accountable for understanding and developing relationships with customer business units and the hiring manager community based on strategic agendas and business imperatives while working in a team focused on the delivery of end-to-end vacancy management and service requirements.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Spending on average 70% of your time traveling to meet senior management and the hiring community.
• Responsibility for driving effective temporary recruitment processes, partnering with the client in a strategic capacity throughout.
• Accountable for the operational management of internal and external suppliers, ensuring quality and timelines are met, and acting as the point of escalation where they are not.
• Negotiating and advising the client in their recruitment decisions and taking a lead on delivering recruitment strategies across the business.
• Identifying potential areas of enhancement and proactively inspiring changes aimed at process optimization and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you should have:
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Networking, client development, and account management skills.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to process adherence, service delivery, and system integrity.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
• Proven recruitment experience for temporary and/or permanent hiring.
• Knowledge of employment and agency legislation.
• Demonstrated market and industry sector knowledge and expertise.
• Proven experience of building and maintaining client relationships.

It would be beneficial to have:

A driving license and access to transport for travel across the UK, and experience working within an on-site role or had considerable client contact.
