Summary

Your New Role:
AnIndustry leading international/foreign bank based within central London arelooking for someone to join their dynamic Treasury team as a Business Manager.You'll play a pivotal role in managing Treasury business operations, supportingtrading activities, and driving risk analysis initiatives. You'll work closelywith the Deputy Head of Treasury to enhance their trading and risk managementcapabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Management: Support in various business management tasks, including MI, KPI, EWI, KRI, RCSA, and budget planning.
  • Trading Support: Maintain trader mandates, manage counterparties, and ensure accurate transaction capture.
  • Liquidity Management: Collaborate with the ALM team on liquidity risk monitoring and tool development for scenario analysis.
  • Financial Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of Treasury's impact on the bank's financial performance.
  • Risk Control: Oversee credit, liquidity, market, and operational risks, monitoring exposures and explaining PnL.
  • Project Leadership: Take the lead on Treasury-related projects, including system enhancements and new product approvals.


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • A degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury products including FX, Interest Rates, MM.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially VBA/Spreadsheet.
