We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bank Business Partner, where you will work collaboratively with our client Barts NHS Trust. In this role you will be a point of escalation on site for all clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a consistent service delivery. This will include resolving queries and looking to improve the bank fill rate, minimising the use of agency.

Every day you will...

Mange the team on site and work in partnership with recruitment, delivery, compliance, complaints and business support to ensure an effective service and ability to resolve all day to day queries
Be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust in Bank Partners
Look at all ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce the reliance on agency
Look at MI to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

Previous client management experience with a high volume client ideally for a MSP or RPO
Good knowledge of recruitment across various staff groups
An understanding of healthcare recruitment
Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
