Summary
Job Overview
Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
To provide administrative support across the PFI contractRunning and analysing various daily and weekly reportsRaise Purchase Order and Sales Order RequestsAssist with finance queriesValidate and process all HR PaperworkValidate, submit and track all vetting on behalf of the BusinessFacilitate and organise training courses in line with Business requirementsEnsure all data trackers are readily available and up to dateProvide administration support to the Technical Engineering teamFront of house/reception cover

Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
