Hounslow Children Services -Administrative team leader

There is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative administrator to join our friendly, supportive Children Services team in West London.

We work with families in one of the most diverse boroughs in London to give children the best possible start in life by providing the most up-to-date evidence-based support.

We are looking for a motivated individual with team leading experience to manage our Health Visiting & Specialist Children administration hub. The applicant should have knowledge of the processes within a health visiting & Community Nursing administration team. The role will also provide administrative support Children Services leadership team.

The Administration Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of the administrative team to ensure work is prioritized and delivered to time scale.

To work closely with the leadership team in ensuring the efficient delivery, management and service improvement of business systems to support the delivery of high-quality front line clinical services.

The post holder will co-ordinate a comprehensive administrative support service to the health visiting team & Community Children Nursing team. An efficient referral processing system, appointment/visiting management system via the electronic patient database, ensuring the provision of high-quality customer services in the interface between the patients, carers, primary care, secondary care, community care, social care and voluntary organisations.
