Summary
Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) provide a wide range of healthcare services for the population of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. We are looking for experienced full time or part time team administrators to support the day to day operations of the team.
This post will be based with the Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team (RRRT) which operates Monday to Sunday from 8.00 AM until 8.00 PM. The team consists of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, Social Workers, Social Care Assistants and Business Support staff.
RRRT provide hospital discharge, urgent care response and community rehabilitation service for people who need short-term, intensive support following a period of illness or disability or following discharge from hospital. The service is provided from a few days to a few weeks depending on individual goals.
The successful candidate would be expected to cover the service during these hours on a rotational basis with our team of administrators.
This is a very busy department and you will be the first point of contact for patient and staff alike. The role will involve handling high call volumes, processing referrals, booking appointments, conducting patient surveys and meeting the demands of the service.
You will need to be organised, able to multi-task, a logical thinker, enthusiastic and highly motivated. You will need to possess keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills as you will be expected to communicate effectively with a variety of different stakeholders.
The Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team is a unique and exciting service.
