Summary

Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician seeking a dynamic role across multiple sites including Bristol, Birmingham, Bournemouth, and Exeter? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading facilities management company, with a primary focus on Bristol-based contracts. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a company van with fuel provided, and a clear path for career progression towards becoming a Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems across various sites.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably with exposure to multi-site operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
