Your new company
My client is a part of a group that offers a range of services including Ecological consultancy. They were established over 40 years ago and have provided services to their clients nationally ever since. They work on a range of large scale infrastructure projects as well as others.
Your new role
My client is looking for experienced Ecologists to work on a contract basis, outside IR35 regulations if required.
The contract is to survey habitats across the south/southeast of England from Southampton to Canterbury.
The work can include all aspects of Ecological consultancy such as habitat management, protected species surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain strategy, ECoW, impact assessments, thermal imaging and more. Typically, you will be on site Monday-Friday, 9 hours max p/day with an hour break, this is flexible.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with botanical surveys
- Experience using UKHab & NVC
- Able to incorporate all protected species in the form of a PEA
- CIEEM Membership
- Full UK Driving license and car
