CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey.

We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us on a Full Time Hybrid basis.

The Primary Outcomes of the Quantity Surveyor:

Maximise project gross margin and ensure positive project cash flow

The Key responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:
Cost management across multiple clients Estimates and budgets Valuations and payments control for positive cash flow Final Accounts	Reporting, forecasting and risk management Develop subcontract and client relationships Subcontract commercial control Supply chain commercial improvement with suppliers and contractors

The Experience required of the Quantity Surveyor:
Quantity Surveying Qualification. At least 5 - 10 years industry experience	Design & Build experience
