Summary
Key responsibilities include : Implementing assigned local and national programmes across Wessex. Leading a high-profile programme across Wessex, involving strategic thinking, quality improvement, programme management and stakeholder engagement across primary care, public health, secondary care, and local communities. Working closely with service partners to develop and implement strategic and operational and plans to deliver the programme outcomes. Providing programme management leadership and expertise to support sites as required. Design, facilitate and effectively lead programme management meetings with stakeholders, ensuring breadth in participation and a focus on action planning. Budget management. We are looking for someone educated to Masters level or equivalent experience, with experience of facilitating multi professional groups and an understanding of the NHS.
