Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to join our esteemed client's team based in Portsmouth. This part-time role offers 13 hours per week, providing a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our exceptional occupational health service.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Categorising MSK disorders in relation to work.
• Issuing reports on employee fitness and required role adjustments.
• Leading on-site exercise classes for MSK injury rehabilitation.
• Collaborating effectively with the occupational health team.
• Performing DSE assessments and offering preventative advice.
• Recommending changes/equipment based on assessment findings.
• Identifying workplace hazards and assessing associated risks.
• Collaborating with Safety Health & Environment advisors for ergonomic risk assessments.
• Providing information to the OH team for necessary work practice or environment changes.
• Rehabilitating staff with MSK disorders.
• Maintaining comprehensive assessment and treatment records.
• Assisting with statistical data collection for report generation and health promotion events.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in comprehensive assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
• Experience in face-to-face assessments and workplace evaluations.
• Competence in conducting DSE assessments and delivering workshops.
• Knowledge of MSK conditions, treatment, and risk assessments.
• Ability to work remotely and strong IT skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Master's Degree.
• HCPC registration.
