What you’ll get:
• Up to £750 in bonuses a week
• Hourly rate increases up to £25 per hour based on performance
• Loyalty bonus – the longer you stay, the more you earn
• Achievable earnings of up to £50,000 per annum
• Weekly Pay
• Regular competitions, rewards and incentives
• Fast progression (run your own team within 6 weeks)
• A guaranteed basic wage (£13 per hour)

Door to door fundraising is not easy, and not for everyone – if you’re looking for an easy ride then this isn’t for you – but if you are hungry for a challenge and motivated to bring in new supporters for the charity, it can be an extremely rewarding role.

Your Role:
You’ll be going door to door, speaking to members of the public about St John Ambulance’s lifesaving work and signing them up for a regular donation. This is a tough job – you’ll be on your feet for 6 hours per day, working in all weathers and dealing with a lot of rejection – so a determined, can-do attitude and a relentlessly positive personality is essential.

You should be:
• Motivated and hardworking
• Target-driven
• Positive and resilient
• Able to strike up a conversation with anyone
• Adaptable
• Able to work 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri, between 11am-6pm)
• Willing to travel around Bishop Auckland and the wider area (travel cost covered from our city centre office)

Your Charity:
St John Ambulance is the charity that steps forward in the moments that matter, to save lives and keep communities safe. Through their first aid training and emergency response, they can be the difference between lives lost and lives saved.

Your Company:
Wesser have over 55 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising and have represented some of the UK’s most respected charities. You’ll be joining a people focused organisation that puts our fundraisers at the heart of what we do. We believe that you should be rewarded for results and hard work; if you’re raising lots of money for our charities, you’ll be financially rewarded, get the recognition you deserve, and given opportunities to progress your career.

Whether you’re an experienced fundraiser or sales representative looking for something different, or just believe you have the personality to make a difference, apply now and we’ll send a recruitment pack and call you within two working days to discuss this opportunity.
