Summary
Description The Group Communications Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing Learning Curve Group's internal and external communications. This position is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with LCG's mission to transform lives through learning, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
Role Information
DUTIES
Design and execute effective communication plans that align with Learning Curve Group's strategic goals and enhance our brand visibility.
Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
Develop and manage internal communication initiatives including our monthly newsletter to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company values and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press materials, and coordinate media inquiries to promote positive coverage of Learning Curve Group.
Oversee the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics to inform strategy.
Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns that support business initiatives and events.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication across all business divisions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Take an active role in planning and executing the employee engagement strategy alongside our People Team.
Lead the Community Champions CSR engagement group, developing activities to raise awareness and support fundraising efforts for accreditations such as IIP Gold and Best Companies.
Coordinate and write award applications, gathering supporting evidence from across the business.

Education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Degree or Apprenticeship).
Experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take complex topics and communicate them in an understandable way
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
