The Role of the Assistant Chief Engineer (Electrical)
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our well-established maintenance team, at The Threadneedles Hotel.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the team to carry out routine maintenance of the property including the daily operation of the plant rooms and general repairs to front of house areas. The Assistant Chief Engineer will support the Head of Department and the wider team in resoling reactive work such as plant breakdowns and be involved with planned works such as asset improvements/replacements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Electrical trained 18th edition
- Plumbing knowledge
- Has worked in hotel environment before
- Has team leader/supervisory experience
They will also be expected to join a standby rota (currently 1 week in 5) which covers the London properties out of hours Monday to Sunday.
