The Repairs & Investment Section of Landlord Services are recruiting for a Business Support Officer to carry out administrative functions.

You should have experience in a customer focused role; you’ll be using various software packages to raise repairs orders for our housing stock, book appointments and process invoices.

You should be confident working with minimal direction, balancing competing priorities and responding to situations quickly.

You should be comfortable communicating with customers, colleagues and contractors by phone and email.
