Summary

Job description
We are looking for a clearly spoken, well presented individual who has the ability to meet tight deadlines and work to procedures. You must have strong admin experience, excellent IT skills, attention to detail and have a pro-active, flexible approach. Full training will be given.

The role will involve:

· A wide variety of office administration

· Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors

· Providing Admin support for Operational Managers within the business

· Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger using Sage Line 50 Accounts

· Processing fortnightly payroll for 300 employees using Sage

· Data input using access and excel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: TBC

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:15
Friday 08:00 - 15:00
