Summary

Due to growth in the department, we have an exciting opportunity for an engaging, innovative, and dynamic teacher to teach across our level 1-3 BTEC Business programmes and T-level courses to our full-time business students. You will teach and assess across units to our learners and when required, cover lessons. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a background in finance, supply & procurement and/or business start-up who can teach across a range of business subjects.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines. A knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential.
