Job descriptionListed below are details of the purpose and general tasks of the job to provide some insight of what is involved. It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide support in the home for man with Chronic pain which limits mobility with a neuromuscular condition. (using wheelchair outside but can walk short distances indoors).Location: Central NorwichDetailsI am a middle aged gentleman who requires domestic and personal support in my home, including help with meals and support to ensure regular medication is taken. I can manage to dress but may need help with washing. I’d like my PA to be a dog lover as I have two dogs, a Cockerpoo and a Bedlington. I can also provide a Carers Parking Permit for my employees use.

Summary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £12 per hour· Carers Parking Permit· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role. · Hours and times of work: 3.5 hrs in one shift ideally 10am to 1.30pm on Monday, but open to negotiation.
The post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
