A highly professional and prestigious firm is seeking an Audit Training & Development Manager. This firm provides an award-winning service for their clients by employing the best people!
Your new role
As part of the ABS Training and Development team, you will be training staff in practical ways to manage the firm's regulatory and reputational risk in an increasingly challenging environment. Working with the national team and closely with audit teams, you will provide continuous and relevant training. Key responsibilities will include -
Liaison with all stakeholders to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant training and that feedback is taken into account
Liaison with the Training and Development Lead
Organisation, development, review and delivery of training to agreed timescales.
Prepare proposals for developing training, attend all relevant internal meetings and training sessions, develop a network of contacts,
Ability to manage/co-manage a limited portfolio of audit clients to maintain knowledge and experience of current practices and issues
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have significant audit experience gained within a professional service environment, strong communication skills and be able to liaise with staff of various levels and external stakeholders. You will have experience of developing and delivering practical training and have a strong appetite to see people develop and improve audit quality.
