We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communication and Training Project Lead to join our business on a fixed term 2-year
contract!
This role is an integral part of the Organisational Change Management team focussed on educating and preparing the business ready
to adopt all of the change required to successfully launch the new ERP system.
Ideally based in Nottingham, this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and excitement. Occasional travel to our
various manufacturing sites to support the training and role out of the project.
Reporting to the Head of Process Change - Operations, key responsibilities include working closely with the HOPC to deliver:
* Executing the project communication plan throughout the implementation
* Coordinate and organise training throughout the project
* Identify and coordinate change champions throughout the business to ensure a successful launch
* Help assess the level of change readiness prior to Go Live and help identify and mitigate potential problems.
* Support with leadership alignment
* Assist with the training of the new system and support with planning training courses and creating material
* Ensure all project trackers / systems are kept up to date at all times
* Have an influence on the overall project, supporting all colleagues and responding to queries
Skills and Experience required:
* Fantastic Relationship Building Skills: Forge strong connections with colleagues and external stakeholders effortlessly.
* Extremely Organised with Great Attention to Detail: From project management to administrative tasks, expect nothing less than
precision and efficiency.
* Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint: Navigate spreadsheets and presentations with ease, adding value to your team's data analysis
and communication efforts.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.
* Influential Abilities: Drive results and inspire action through persuasive communication and strategic influence.
