Are you a children's Speech and Language Therapist looking for a new challenge, to further your career and gain valuable management experience?

We’re advertising an exciting opportunity for a fixed term B7 Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead, to cover maternity leave. The Speech Therapy Team is going through a period of transformation and you have the chance to take a key role in leading this change, supported by senior management. We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to make the difference for staff and the children and families we serve.

Provide clear professional leadership, governance and operational management to the team.Demonstrate compassionate leadership and empathy to support the teams and the families of the children we work with.Utilise well-developed time management and prioritisation skills.Apply creativity and problem-solving to manage a range of issues.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Provide management supervision to senior members of the teams.Maintain high standards within the teams to enable the provision of safe and effective care.Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues.
