Summary
Our Clients near Putney, London SW15 areas are looking for Qualified and experienced Support Workers of working with Service Users / Clients with Learning Disability, Autism and Epilepsy, with a minimum of NVQ levels 2 in Health and Social Care Diploma or working towards the qualification.
SHIFT PATTERN: 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm or 7am to 9pm
SLEEP OVERS: 10pm to 7am
SALARY: Shift: from £12.24 per hour/ Sleepover: £50
Essential:
• Experienced in working and understanding of Service Users with Autism / Asperger’s Syndrome
• Up to date Mandatory training
• Administration of Medication
• Clean and current DBS or willing to have one done
• Compassionate and patient
• Trustworthy
• Positive and encouraging attitude
Duties include:
• Ensuring Service User is comfortable
• Supported in making daily decisions
• Personal care as necessary
• Enhancing independent living
• Companionship and spending quality time
• Domestic tasks as necessary
• Accessing the education, community, work and leisure activities as required
• Administering medication
• Care planning and budgeting
