Summary
Join our esteemed construction team as a Site Manager and take charge of projects valuing up to £10 million. The company has works across various sectors within the commercial industry including education, offices, healthcare, refurn and bespoke residential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.
- Assist in the management of site personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, quality issues, and areas for improvement.
