Summary
**Bank Personal Assistant / Carer Required in Sandbach, CW11**
**3 Hours per week - Additional hours may also be available to cover existing PA's annual leave/sickness**
**£11.44 per hour**
**Purpose of the Job**
I am a wheelchair user who requires a personal assistant (PA) to support me at home. I am very easy-going, and you will be part of a friendly & easy-going team.
**Main Duties & Hours:**
3 Hours per week - 1.5 hours Saturday & 1.5 hours on Sunday every week.
Additional hours may also be available to cover existing PA's annual leave/sickness.
I need a friendly, enthusiastic PA who will assist me with:
Personal care including toileting, dressing and the use of a tracking hoist (Experience is essential, although training will also be provided)
The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; I may on occasions reasonably request additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.
**Personal Assistant Specification**
My assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable, must respect my privacy and maintain my dignity at all times.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
You must be able to work well independently.
Ideally you will have access to your own vehicle with business insurance (class 1)
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
**Supervision**
My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
