Summary
**Personal Assistant / Carer**
PA required for a young man in Goostrey, Crewe, CW4 area to support an active and capable 19-year-old lad with Autism and ADHD to access the community, of work and life.
Drivers license & own car is essential.
**Hours and rate of Pay**
15 hours per week
£13.00 per hour
**Main Duties**
In term-time he requires support getting to various work placements & training throughout the week,
Support with timings, being on time.
Local trainline, Goostrey (Crewe to Manchester line). Support with travel training.
Social interests; going to the Gym, playing golf
Walking our dog
Going to the Cinema & trips into town.
Supporting with communication & preparing for a move to Supported Living when the time is right.
Trips / days-out in holiday time.
**Personal Assistant Specification**
Drivers license & own car a necessity.
My assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
You must be able to work well independently.
My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
