Summary

Our Way Leeds is looking for Housing Support Workers!

The service provides a wide range of support and accommodation for young people aged 16 to 20 living in Leeds.

As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a key role in our clients’ journeys to independent living.

You will work creatively to carry out care plans designed to make young users of our service thrive in a safe and stable home.

Your responsibilities will include building supportive relationships, assisting with the creation and implementation of support plans, collaborating with fellow team members, and working independently when necessary.

• Experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16 to 20
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and motivate positive change
• Knowledge of housing options and relevant procedures
• Proficiency in record-keeping and administration
