Temporary HSE Officer – 3 month contract
Hours: Potential hybrid working

Monday – Friday, no weekend working. 8.30am – 5pm (4pm Friday)

Lenwade, Norfolk


At our production facility in Lenwade, we are a market leader in window and door fabrication, employing over 200 staff,. We are
now looking for someone to provide cover in our HSE department for a three month period.




Key Responsibilities include:

* Advise and lead on HSE compliance requirements ensuring appropriate HSE systems and training are in place and maintained
* Manage and track site KPI’s and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of HSE performance data and incidents.
* Conduct site health and safety audits, risk assessment, safe systems of work process and assist with incident/accident
investigation and reporting, implementing corrective actions as required.
* Plan and direct HSE activities and programmes, prioritising projects as required.
* To maintain control systems to ensure compliance.



What you'll bring to the role:

* Previous HSE experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* Resilient, flexible and analytical
* Previous audit experience
* Ideally NEBOSHH qualified
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and drive change.
