Job Purpose:I am a 15-year-old teenager with social difficulties, and I am looking for someone who would have positive effect on my understanding where I fit into the world. My emotional intelligence and maturity are lower than my age but I like acting as teenager. I would ideally want someone who is an older teenager/early twenties male. Someone who would be able to provide firm and consistent boundaries and equally help me to engage in fun activities. Someone who would be like a big brother type figure for me, and I could relate to and ask for support with my social interactions. I expect everyone to believe what I say even though this may be lies and can exhibit behavioural difficulties if I am challenged about my story. I expect trust but can have little respect for other people. I can be easily led by peers to unsafe behaviours so need support to learn how to integrate into the society appropriately.I am a fun-loving person and have interest in aircrafts, mechanics, cars and bikes. You would provide support for activities in the community which could range from having a walk around the city, stopping for a bite to eat (I like fish and chips) going to park. Playing football, climbing in the park or biking. You would ideally have similar interests to mine. I need a positive role model and someone who will allow me to be myself and open up about my feelings and someone I could ask for advice. I have low self-esteem so you would also support me to gain a positive feeling about myself.Location: Norwich, NR10Person specificationEssential:Firm but fun loving.Flexible.Supportive and empathetic.Active.Desirable:Preferably male.Similar interests.Clean driving license and the appropriate business insurance.Summary terms and conditions:· The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour· Hours and times of work: approximately 3 hrs, 2-3 times a month on a weekend, exact days and times advised in advance.· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.· This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, First Aid and Risk Assessment.Post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
