Job Purpose
To promote a young female to access her local community and help her to gain independence skills as she looks long-term to independent living.

Location: Hellesdon, NR6

Job Duties to include:

  • Prompting with shower and personal care
  • Assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring healthy meals are being done regularly
  • Assisting with household tasks such as washing and cleaning
  • Assistance with using public transport
  • Assisting with accessing her local community, by taking part in social activities

These duties may vary from day to day.
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary

Person Specification

Essential
  • Female
  • Has experience with personal care.
  • Young at heart, with a good sense of humour.

Preferred
  • Has good knowledge of using public transport on a regular basis.
  • Is good with household tasks

Summary Terms and Conditions
  • The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour
  • Hours of work: 6 hours per week. Times to be agreed.
  • The annual holiday entitlement for this position, will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
