Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Administration Apprentice.
This role will provide valuable experience and training in both marketing and administrative tasks. The apprentice will work closely with our marketing, administration, and development teams to support various initiatives and projects aimed at promoting our company and maintaining smooth business operations.
The Brook Group is a family business that has operated in the leisure sector across the country for over 30 years. The group is currently going through a period of growth and development providing excellent progression opportunities, both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, digital advertising and nondigital activity
• Create content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports to the marketing team
• Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to marketing strategies

Administration

• Provide administrative support to the marketing, administration, and development teams
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with residential lettings process for properties we own and manage
• Assist with viewings and inspections of the above properties
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide reception support as and when required
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, such as memos and announcements
• Maintain stock and supplies through the office

Apprenticeship type: Customer Service Level 2
Duration: 12 months

Training:

• To achieve apprenticeship framework (Functional Skills, NVQ and Technical Certificate) within the specified time frame for Customer Service Level 2
• Attend the apprenticeship induction programme
• Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary, 6 hours
off the job training per week
• Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship
programme as requested
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff
