Summary

Equans is looking for a Cook to join our team in St Davids Hospital Cardiff CF11 9XB on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 30 hours per week. On offer is a competitive and benefits package.

Rotad shifts over 5 days

What will you deliver?

To produce and deliver food which is safe, hygienic, nutritious and of the highest possible quality for Staff and Visitors. The service will meet the requirements of food hygiene legislation, the Company's Food Safety Policy and the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and national standards as dictated by the government's national plan.

Who are we looking for?

  • The post holder must be willing to undertake mandatory and refresher training as appropriate to the job including Food Safety Level 2 & 3, Food Hygiene, manual handling, Health and safety, COSHH and Fire Safety
  • Strong Leadership Skills with a proven track record and experience in similar role for at a period of time
  • Inspire & motivate the team to achieve food to specification and therefore achieve sales and profit
  • Leads by example setting the company pace and standard
