Cook - Secondary Schools (Grade 5)
A brief description - Food preparation, portion control, day to day organisation and supervision of the food service to our customers, ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, supervision of other employees including allocation of duties, supervision and control of hygiene and health and safety, stock control, ordering, requirement to work at other locations.
A food hygiene certification is required.
