The Woolpack is a 15th-Century Inn in the heart of the High Street in Tenterden, Kent. The Woolly, as it's affectionately known, is a family and dog-friendly pub and restaurant with 7 individually designed bedrooms. We're looking for our assistant managers to:
Have some previous experience in supervising teams
Lead by example
Be passionate about food & drink
Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
Create sales opportunities whenever they can
In this role we need someone with:
Previous experience at supervisory level in a premium hospitality business
Excellent food & drink knowledge
Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
Competence and organisation in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookingS
Own transport to get to and from work
