Summary


We have an 11 month Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity for a skilled Admin Manager to join our Adult and Long Term Specialist Services Team.

Adult long term and specialist services aim to provide the ‘gold standard’ of service in all that we do; from administrative to management tasks this role will allow an exclusive overview of the teams and clinicians that you will be supporting.

In this role you will be responsible for the management of multiple Referrals to treatment pathways and waiting lists, escalating barriers, challenges and possible solutions.

You will also be asked to collate data and information and produce reports, analysis and minutes of meetings. You will need to be able to keep multiple plates spinning, developing a strong working relationship based on trust and respect with the Operational managers, Heads of service and Assistant director.

You will need to be able to embed new ways of working, motivate others, sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

You will need to have excellent communication via telephone and email with clients, colleagues, service leads and other health care providers.

Travelling across Kent to see your team members face to face will
be expected on a monthly basis to ensure you are visible and accessible, therefore you will need to ability to travel to diverse sites.
