Summary
Do you have 5* customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly and secure corporate security service? Who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
CIS Security are looking for a dedicated & enthusiastic Corporate Estate Security Officer for a typical open plan floorplates of 14,000 sq. ft across 6 floors. This building has contemporary interior, historical façade combines with new exterior architecture.

Pay Rate: £12.05 per hour
Hours: Average 56 hours per week
Shifts: 6 on 3 off - Days
Job Requirements:
SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
SIA CCTV Licence is desirable
Corporate Security & customer service experience for at least 1 year
Experience working on a mixed used Estate is ideal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
First Aid, qualification, Banks-man and Fire awareness training would be a bonus
Job Role
Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users
Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling (inside & out), reception duties, access control, conducting emergency procedures. You will be part of a team seeing this site through from refurbishment to business as usual and must be comfortable working on a construction site moving into an office environment.
Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
