CIS Security are looking for a dedicated & enthusiastic Corporate Estate Security Officer for a typical open plan floorplates of 14,000 sq. ft across 6 floors. This building has contemporary interior, historical façade combines with new exterior architecture.

Information 

• Position: Corporate Estate Security Officer
• Location: London (SW3)
• Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour
• Hours: Average 56 hours per week
• Shifts: 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off

Job Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
• SIA CCTV Licence is desirable 
• Corporate Security & customer service experience for at least 1 year
• Experience working on a mixed used Estate is ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
• Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
• To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
• First Aid, qualification, Banks-man and Fire awareness training would be a bonus

Job Role

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
• Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
• To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
• To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling (inside & out), reception duties, access control, conducting emergency procedures. You will be part of a team seeing this site through from refurbishment to business as usual and must be comfortable working on a construction site moving into an office environment.
• Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
• Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
